The following is a summary of questions and answers that employers often ask when seeking labor services from Chinese workers.
We mainly provide all types of Chinese workers in the construction and engineering field, including tilers, carpenters, steel workers, plumbers, electricians, painters and drivers. If your project requires other types of workers, we can also conduct targeted recruitment in China upon request.
You can contact us to submit your labor requirements, including the type of work needed, number of workers, project location, contract duration and other information. We will screen suitable workers according to the requirements and assist in the procedures such as visa and medical examination. After both parties confirm the candidate, we will sign the contract and arrange the workers to go to work.
The time depends on the number of people required, the type of work and the speed of visa processing in the destination country. Generally, we will recommend candidates as soon as we receive a request, and it usually takes anywhere from a few weeks to one or two months to process the departure procedures after selection. We will do our best to expedite the process and ensure that the workers arrive on time for the project.
We have specialized recruitment and assessment teams across the country. Each candidate undergoes a rigorous skills test and background check before being dispatched to ensure that his/her skill level meets the requirements of the project. In addition, we provide workers with necessary pre-departure training, including safety knowledge, language basics and adaptation to overseas life, to help them integrate into the work environment more quickly.
Workers' salary is usually determined by the employer (you) according to the type of work and local standards, and we will assist you to reach a reasonable salary agreement with the workers. Overseas projects usually provide accommodation and food, transportation, insurance, round-trip airfare and other benefits, which we will clearly communicate with you during the recruitment process and state in the contract.
We always focus on employer satisfaction. If during the probationary period or during the course of the project you find that the workers do not meet the requirements, you can contact us in a timely manner. We will assist in coordinating and communicating with you, and if necessary, we can replace the workers or provide other remedial solutions according to the contractual agreement to ensure that your project will not be affected.
